Sales terms and conditions:
All custom ID and cameras are designed to spec of the customer. If an item is broken or defected, the Item can be replaced with in 7 days of purchase with proof of defect. All used items including police equipment are sold as an AS-IS sale and will not be replaced or refunded ( all sales FINAL on USED items). Software sales (NEW or USED) are all FINAL due to software piracy.Buyers must be 18 years of age to purchase Airsoft guns, bb/pellet guns, blank firing guns, and knives and expect to sign a disclaimer before purchasing these items - all sales are FINAL on these items and SecureCOM is and will NOT held liable for shipping to a state or country that deems them illegal (It is the buyer's responsibility to check their local laws) . If an item is payed with Paypal I must receive the payment with in 48 hours unless contacted and arrangements are made. ( Keep in mind that if the payment is not received, eCrater will keep the item posted on inventory until it is payed for which will allow an other buyer to purchase the item)
Shipping terms and conditions:
International customers outside of the U.S.A. Please contact me before purchasing an Item for shipping rates. SecureCom is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages on international or U.S. purchases so I recommend purchasing shipping insurance with order. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping payment. Depending on the weight, size, destination, contents, and amount of packages being shipped will determine the shipping amount and the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. If the buyer needs a package custom packed or shipped, they are responsible for all charges. I will separate packages if asked ONLY when I received the payment in full for the item and the first shipping payment. If the buyer receives a partial package and decides they do not want it, I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM BACK AS A RETURN, so please know what you are purchasing before you buy the item. If the buyer has me separate the package contents into multiple packages and refuses to pay the additional shipping charge I WILL NOT SHIP the item until I receive the payment for the additional package. International shipping can be very expensive depending on the destination, weight, size, and contents and there will be NO exceptions to the terms. Terms for international shipping are subject to change at any time.
Custom ID card terms and conditions:
Under no circumstances will I produce, sell, replicate, or clone ANY Federal, state, Police, Fire, Emergency, or Government identification (ID) cards or badges for any reason, so if you are looking for a fake ID you are at the wrong site so DON'T ASK ME TO MAKE A FAKE ID... As for the X-file IDs with "FBI" printed on them, these are to be sold as novelty items and I will NOT produce these with your custom photo on them and will only be sold with the photo pictured in the listing. If for whatever reason the individual belongs to an agency such as a police department, Fire department, Emergency agency, or any other listed restricted agency and would like me to produce ID for that department, I will require written documentation, proof of the individual(s) and a contact number of the agency to verify the legitimacy of the sale.. Custom ID Disclaimer regarding (order form (1))
If you check your inbox daily and do not find the order form then Please check your SPAM inbox of your email for the order form instructions. If I do not hear from you within a week from the order regarding your picture or custom instructions, I will assume you ordered the ID as a novelty ID and use the default picture or NO picture and place your Name from the shipping address on the card. It is the customer's responsibility to contact me prior to or immediately after the purchase and is also the customer's responsibility to supply me with the correct information such as email and correct shipping address. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASING.
If you are interested in Custom IDs for your Business, Agencies (Police, Fire, EMS ), or clubs, please contact me with your template, ID info, and security ideas. We can customize your ID to do whatever you need such as RFID, Smart, magnetic stripe and holograms. If you are a police, Fire, EMS or government agency, I will need to obtain proof that the IDs are going to an official agency. Under no circumstances will I produce an ID of any official agency listed above especially government ID for personal use. We strive to make uphold all laws and do not encourage fraudulent activities. All novelty IDs such as x-file, NCIS etc, will not be produced with your information on them and are sold as a collector's item only. Any novelty state ID will display the old state style template ONLY and will not be mistaken as a fake or official state/government issued ID.
Custom ID Card Chart and Terms:
Our company can produce large quantity orders and print double sided if needed. If you decide to order a custom ID in a large quantity order, Please contact us first at "[email protected]" via email or by clicking on the "Contact Us" or "Help Center" buttons from the home page and we can arrange further contact methods. Custom template creation will be a $20.00 minimum charge depending on the length of time it takes us to create it. If you decide to have us create your template and want us to produce mass quantities of that particular ID the charge per each additional card utilizing that custom ID template will be a 6.00 charge per each additional card.
Quantity chart:
- Custom template = 20.00 + ($5.00 per each change)
- 1 - 10 cards = $7.99
- 10 - 30 cards = $6.99
- 30 - 50 Cards = $6.00
- 50 + = Cards = 5.25
Extra Features
- Holograms = $10.00 (due to price increase)

- IC - Smart card encoding = $5.00 (price will decrease for large orders)
PLEASE READ:
I do try to contact customers via email when I do not hear anything within a timely manner. I am very busy and will NOT chase customers after the third email and once the payment is clear I will ship a generic style version of the card. Custom IDs cost time and money to create and there will be NO REFUNDS on ID cards so please be considerate and communicate with me in prior to and or immediately after at "[email protected]" .
